At 95%, Olsen Brothers Ranches provides the bulk of this wine. Dark juicy black fruits, black pepper and fine grained tannins are hallmarks of this vineyard which blend nicely with the structure of Red Mountain Syrah from Kiona Vineyards. Creating a balanced approachable wine for consumption now or within the next 5-10 years.

95% Yakima Valley - Olsen Vineyard 5% Red Mountain - Kiona Vineyard

Grapes were de-stemmed and slightly crushed, 50% of the lots were fermented with indigenous yeast. Combination of pump-overs and punchdowns for a period of 8-17 days depending on lots. Aged for 18 months in 100% French oak, 35% new. 100% Syrah.
